Speculation on Kingsman's parents: There were a number of Kingsman families in the Chester/Lancaster County areas of early PA (1700's). Thomas Linvill and descendants were in that same area at that time. It would not have been unusual for the Kingsman name to have been picked up and used. Possible that Kingsman would be a descendant of this part of the Linvill family ..... Kingsman Linville was born circa 1819 at PA. He married Zerelda Steers on 7 January 1843 at Kenton County, KY. Kingsman Linville and Zerelda Steers appeared on the census of 1860 at Covington, Kenton County, KY.
